Who are we?

ZAMFORIA is a globally conscious clothing company.  It's our 'life project' to interpret the world around us.  We started by slinging shirts that said love in different languages out of a Jeep Wrangler and recruiting friends and family to work for us.  The "different languages" thing helped us build a brand with a global identity.  This is not a gimmick where you're supposed to buy your own nationality or language. This is a global and art thing.  It's a 'rep the cultures of the world' and 'be a global citizen' thing. Shop by color, design or theme. Be unique.     Everything is printed in numbers no higher than 500 and as low as 50.

We started ZAM from the ground up pulling our hobby from a kitchen table and garage into a retail store and business.  We grew by evangelism marketing  (word of mouth).  Read more of our story HERE.
As part of our mission to promote global understanding and citizenship, we have a charitable foundation called Project ZAM which is designed to give people a chance to experience different cultures through educational world travel opportunities with study abroad programs.  Find out more HERE.

How do these shirts fit?

Pretty fitted.  Most our stuff is printed on 100% cotton American Apparel threads.  Sometimes, for a soft, vintage feel we print on Bamboo or Tri Blend fabrics (50% Polyester / 25% Cotton / 25% Rayon).  Treat these fabrics just like regular cotton shirts.  If you prefer a looser, more relaxed look, we recommend choosing the next size up.

Do you have kids sizes?

We often have baby, toddler, and youth sizes.  However most kids ages 6-10 can fit in a Juliet size Small or Medium.  The shirt will be a bit long but kids usually don’t mind... they have better things to think about.

How do I take care of my ZAM shirt?

Machine wash cold inside-out.  Hang dry or tumble low.  DO NOT iron decoration.  Find washing instruction inside the shirt's bottom tag.

I love this company!!!  How can I get more involved?

 There are a couple ways.
1.  First off, come to the store and hang out. Loitering is accepted.   
2.  We put on events often. Volunteer and assist us with our events.  You'd be a great help.  
3.  You could become a ZAMbassador.  These are the great people who promote ZAMFORIA on there time and potential get paid for it.  (ZAMbassadors are the street team).   Essentially we give you an online discount code and you get cash from anyone that uses it.  You can decide how you promote us: do it well and you could earn some serious cash.  Get more details here.

What is you Return Policy?

We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 60 day period. 

Please fill out the return form:  Return Form 

Indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or ZAMFORIA credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning.  You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. 

If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you ZAMFORIA credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. Please return or exchange any store bought items at our retail location. Store purchases are not eligible for online returns.
We will gladly exchange or return item(s) received within 30 days of date of shipment, provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Please see our return page for more information as well as to download a copy of our return form.

What the heck is Free T-shirt Trivia?!?!  When is the next one?!

Free T-shirt Trivia is AWESOME!  Basically we post a trivia question to our Blog, Facebook, and Twitter.  First person to send the correct answer to info@zamforia.com gets a free shirt.  Sign up for our mailing list and be the first to know when it's gonna happen.  We'll announce the date and time, sometimes a hint.  The questions might look hard but Google some stuff and you'll find it soon enough.  (Hint:  Check the blog to get the question faster)

This game's name was derived from a Greek numerical prefix describing the FOUR segments of each of the 7 pieces. Who invented the game?  
(Answer: Alexey Pazhitnov, the inventor of Tetris)

Light me up. I've got 8. Most always with an additional 9th- my shamash helper. Where's my biggest American cousin?  
(Answer: The answer was New York. How? A menorah has 8 candles, plus ninth one called a "shamash". The biggest menorah in the US is in New York at 5th and 59th.)
